Anitha is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India ( an associate member of the The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India- ICAI). Her early professional life was in India with Deloitte, India office in Bangalore, and also has industry and commercial experience with manufacturing and plantation Industries. In South Africa Anitha has worked with other auditing firms on their Financial services audit division before moving to Deloitte in August 2008 and specialising in audit of the Pension funds Industry.
