Armand leads the Operations portfolio for Deloitte Xcelerator (Greenhouse / Future Factory). He has 18 years’ experience in the general Information Technology field. He has spent the last 10 years’ developing technology architectures and customizing operational processes for innovation centres inside Deloitte. From 2013, Armand has been leading the technology portfolio for the Deloitte InnovationZone and Deloitte Greenhouse. In this time he has implemented ThinkTank (Collaboration Tool) throughout Deloitte Africa. In 2017, Armand managed the technology architecture design for the Deloitte Future Factory (Digital Lab) and 2018 been appointed as the Lab Manager. With the move to Waterfall and integration of 8 offerings, Xcelerator, Armand’s role has changed to the National Operations Manager with presence in Johannesburg as well as Cape Town.
