The 2020 South African Telecoms Index conducted in partnership with BrandsEye has officially been released! Having tracked over two million social media posts on South Africa’s major telcos from 1 January to 31 December 2020, the report highlights an analysis on consumer sentiment.

The report focuses on consumer data and trends in the areas of online service analysis, COVID-19 impact on network quality in the eyes of the customer, pricing and affordability, and treating customers fairly.
