A unique and exclusive event for Global Reward Leaders at Europe’s largest multinational companies.

Deloitte will be hosting its inaugural two-day Global Reward Leaders’ Summit at the luxurious 5* Sheraton Cascais Resort & Spa in Lisbon.

This unique and exclusive event will bring together the of Heads of Reward/Global Reward Leaders from the largest and most complex global organisations across Europe. The event will take place on Monday 16 – Wednesday 18 September 2024.

The purpose of the Summit is to connect Global Reward Leaders, providing an exciting learning and networking opportunity in which we will explore current and emerging issues at the top of the Reward agenda, with a range of focussed sessions run by world-class Deloitte subject matter experts and guest speakers.

For 2024, the cost of the event (including accommodation, session content, food and drink) will be covered by Deloitte. Participants will be asked to organise and fund their own travel to and from the Summit.

Please do not contact the Sheraton directly regarding your room booking. Deloitte Global Meeting & Event Services will manage all reservations based on your online registration.

Participants will be asked to organise and fund their own travel to and from the Summit. Transfers can be booked directly through the hotel (email concierge@sheratoncascais.com for assistance), with payment taken from the card presented at check-in.

Air travel

Airport
Please plan your flight into Lisbon International Airport (LIS). Lisbon airport is also known as Lisbon Humberto Delgado or Portela Airport. The Sheraton Cascais Resort is approximately 35 km and about a 30-minute drive from Lisbon International Airport.

Participants will be asked to organise and fund their own travel to and from the Summit.

Mitul Shah

Deloitte - United Kingdom
Mitul is a Partner based in London and leads Deloitte’s global executive compensation business. He has over twenty years’ experience of advising global organisations on all aspects of reward, focusing on supporting Boards and Remuneration Committees with complex issues, navigating the corporate governance and external landscape, incentive design and associated implementation matters. He has worked with companies listed in various markets including the UK, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, US, Russia, Japan and Australia. Mitul has a keen interest and passion in the D&I agenda and frequently advises clients on the D&I agenda and the role of the Remuneration Committee on this matter.  Mitul is a member of Business In the Community’s Race Equality Leadership Team.
