The opportunity
The client was undergoing a review of their business travel programme, so that they could reflect on their current state and create a new strategy and approach which will enable them to meet their key business imperatives going forward. As part of this, they wanted to understand the approaches taken by other organisations, learn from best practice, and measure their results.
The solution
On completion of these interviews, we produced a summary report which, as well as going into detail on our findings for all 8 key areas, highlighted trends, best practice, and learnings. We also developed a high level maturity model in which our client will be able to assess both their current state and future ambition against the wider business travel market.
How we helped
We identified 8 key areas which will form the foundation of the client’s new strategy.Using these key areas, we created a bespoke set of survey questions and interviewed 18 comparator organisations to glean insight and best practice.
