The South & Wales M&A team comprises over 20 professionals specialising in M&A who work with clients throughout the region from offices in Bristol, Cardiff and Reading. We have expertise in transacting and providing corporate finance advice across all industries. We work with a wide range of clients on acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and management buy-ins, debt and equity fund raisings, long-term business planning and strategic projects.
