Having delivered thousands of sessions with senior executives, we create the necessary conditions for game-changing business outcomes.

We do this by bringing the science of human engagement into the room. Combining divergent perspectives, encouraging all-in participation, and creating a shared sense of ownership and commitment is fundamental to the Greenhouse experience.

Our team will partner with you to identify the core problem you need to address and develop a bespoke Lab experience that will achieve your goals.

Human Architecture underpins the design of your Greenhouse Lab. At its core is a passion for human nature and motivation; how we connect, make decisions, and commit to change.

Our design process follows a three-step methodology:
 

Diagnose

What’s the underlying challenge? What are the human factors involved? What relationships are we trying to build? What needs to happen because of the Lab and what do we want people to be able to do?
 

Architect

What are the key moments that will drive our desired outcomes and how will we connect them? What do we want participants to focus their energy on and what activities, frameworks and perspectives will unlock the right level of conversation?


Engage

How will we build and sustain momentum? How will we create psychological safety? What conflict do we lean into and how do we ensure we use it to move us forward?

On the day of the Lab itself, our job is the purposeful orchestration of human interactions. We carry the responsibility of guiding the group to a successful outcome; we keep the group focused and engaged, we manage detours and dysfunction, we adjust to the dynamics of the room, we ask the questions that get better answers, and we build commitment to action.

From interactive smart boards to gallery-style displays, we create an environment that brings your brand, challenges, and opportunities to life all around you. Configurable space and furniture options activate creativity, encourage “unusual intersections,” and promote real-time adaptation to session dynamics.

We also offer Business Chemistry, a practical tool that improves team dynamics and collaboration, complimenting the personal profiling methodologies and coaching, offered by the Deloitte Leadership practice.

We worked with the CFO of a Business Services company to help her team build strategic alignment on direction of travel and to connect as a unit.
