We want you to have a positive experience with us, and will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible afterwards. However, some roles will have more applications and complexities than others and so it might take longer. If you haven’t heard back as quickly as you expected, feel free to get in touch with your assigned recruiter.

We try to give feedback to people who want it, but for roles with an incredibly high number of applications, this isn’t always possible.

Not from an application assessment perspective, but it may relate to reasonable adjustments.

Whilst you are free to apply to a range of roles across different areas of the business, please bear in mind that a specific skillset and/or specific work experience is required for each vacancy.

You’ll have a designated Onboarding Adviser who are there to help you settle in and integrate with the wider business. They’ll manage your onboarding activities and any potential changes to your start date, too.

There are only two start dates per month, so speak to your recruiter to tie this in with your notice period.
