Dan Adams is a UK partner who leads the UK Telecommunications consulting business, along with the Deloitte Digital Marketing and Insight practice, and is responsible for some of the firm’s biggest global relationships. Dan’s expertise lies in digital transformation, marketing, sales and service in Telecommunications, especially pertaining to the B2B segment. He supports clients throughout the lifecycle of customer insight, product development, digital marketing, inside sales and digital service. He has helped clients in joint go to market activities in connected health, smart cities and IOT and has led transformation in the back office, as clients embrace the digital worker and agile ways of working.
Phil leads our Public Sector CRM team in the UK and Europe.
