Ziggy is a defence sector lead in our Major Programmes business. He has over 15 years experience in managing and advising on transformation programmes across public and private sectors. His key skills and experience cover complex procurement, operating model development, large scale capital programmes, cost reduction, programme design and architecture, and programme assurance. He also brings consumer industry experience from helping clients enhance their e-commerce capabilities and online branding in addition to a background in Politics and International Relations.
