Vishwa is Retail Banking Assistant Manager. He conducts primary and secondary research to provide retail banking clients with insights into their most important issues. He specialises in understanding the implications of advancing digital technology and changing regulations on retail banks in the UK. His areas of research include Hyper-personalisation in Banking, Business Agility in Retail Banking, Talent in Banking, FinTech, Open Banking, Payments and Marketplace Lending.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Vishwa has worked in Tata Consultancy Services. Vishwa holds an MBA in Marketing and is a Computer Science engineer.
