Trystan Richards

Trystan is a Senior Manager within Deloitte Managed Solutions (DMS) and specialises in the design, delivery and execution of complex client-facing programmes in the investment bank setting. He has particular experience in the client outreach and re-documentation arena having most recently lead the design, placement and delivery of the Deloitte / A&O Variation Margin solution at three major institutions. Trystan also brings experience of implementing the FATCA, CRS and 871(m) regulations at another Tier One investment bank.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Trystan worked in investment banking where his projects involved facilitating the onboarding of clients to trade OTC CDS and IRS products.

Relevant experience:

• Responsible for delivering the re-negotiation of c8000 CSAs across 3 investment banks as part of Variation Margin regulatory requirements. 
• Led the scoping, planning and set-up of the market wide service. Responsibilities included design, build and test of IT platforms; the drafting and delivery of regulatory and procedural training; and the composition of individual and central MI, including negotiator performance metrics.
