Tim leads Deloitte’s retail tax industry group, practicing in all fields of UK and international corporate tax. His main focus areas are on the structuring of international operations, tax efficient financing, cash and profit repatriation, reorganisations, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. His clients are primarily large UK headquartered multinationals and having spent six months on secondment as International Tax Manager of a key client, Tim has in-house retail experience.
