Sonia Verbeeck

Sonia Verbeeck leads Deloitte UK’s Third Party Risk Management Advisory team and has 10 years of experience assisting financial services clients design, build and implement target operating models to meet regulatory obligations and enhance their framework and processes.

Sonia has led multiple large-scale TPRM transformation programmes for many of the world’s largest banks, insurance and FMIs to address regulatory requirements on outsourcing, TPRM and third party resilience. This has covered regulations issued by the PRA, FCA, Bank of England, European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs), US Federal Reserve, BaFin, FINMA, and other regulatory bodies. She also has experience leading complex post-merger integration programmes to centralise and consolidate third party management activities.
