Stephen has over 30 years’ experience and leads the Deloitte National Corporate Simplification team. He has extensive general restructuring and insolvency experience advising clients how to simplify their group structures and exit unwanted businesses including limiting losses in financially distressed situations. Stephen also has experience in dealing with solvent and insolvent liquidations including acting as office holder in administrations, trading businesses and clients with disposals.
