Samuel is a Consultant in Deloitte’s Human-Centred Transformation practice and works as part of the Financial Inclusion team. Samuel focuses on leveraging his background in client service with a leading bank and is an advocate for customer-focused practices in financial institutions to make financial services more accessible and inclusive.
Applying an insight-driven methodology is a key tenant of our service, and Samuel played a significant role in facilitating the design and analysis of Deloitte’s research on the cost-of-living. This initiative aimed to pinpoint opportunities for financial service providers to enhance support for their customers.
