Dr. Siobhan Gardiner

Siobhan is an expert in environmental sustainability. She joined Deloitte in 2020 to create and lead our climate change and environment R&D capability.

Clients come to Siobhan for support to drive innovation-led and technology-based opportunities in areas including climate change mitigation, natural capital, biodiversity, and carbon removals.

She also oversees many of our academic and research partnerships, as well as start-up engagement, across the sustainability and climate change agenda.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Siobhan led on sustainable technology R&D in market-leading consumer goods companies, with a particular focus on supply chain decarbonisation and ethical value chains. She also has experience in environmental policy and sustainable development.

Siobhan has a PhD in climate resilience and agroecology.
