Sarah Heselton is an international tax partner with 18 years of experience over a broad range of industry sectors, but with a particular focus on inbound (Europe and US) consumer and lifesciences groups.
Sarah focuses primarily on advising non-UK parented groups, both public and private, on the tax efficient structuring of their global investments. Sarah has extensive practical experience with due diligence, structuring for acquisitions, restructuring, financing, transfer pricing and also leads a number of significant compliance and reporting projects, coordinating teams across the globe. She also has significant experience in helping groups shape their tax strategy in changing regulatory environments.
