Sarah is a Director in our Gi³ practice based in Leeds. She has more than 15 years’ experience advising clients on corporate tax matters, including tax reliefs for innovation.
Her experience has given her a broad insight into the full range of development activities that qualify for tax relief, whilst her specialisation in corporation tax has led to an understanding of HMRC’s approach and interpretation of the legislation. This wide range of experience enables her to assist clients with all aspects of their R&D, RDA and Patent Box claims from start-ups to large companies. She has worked with companies across a wider range of business sectors including life sciences, food and consumer business, information technology and manufacturing to agree R&D claims with HMRC.
Sarah has published a number of articles, including an article regarding the distinction between EPW and subcontract R&D activities for Tax Adviser Magazine.
