Sam leads teams that help government and the public sector make effective use of their data. She works with public sector organisations to develop their data, analytics and AI strategies, and to design and build effective analytics solutions.
Her responsibilities also include developing Deloitte's Insight Driven Organisation methodology and eminence, and managing Deloitte's Public Sector Data Leaders Forum - a unique forum bringing together Public Sector data leaders to share their experiences and jointly develop data-related frameworks and policies.
