Richard's personal experience has been built around largescale transformation, restructuring and regulatory programmes of work for major financial institutions. From a commercial perspective Richard has been responsible for designing and contracting some of the firm’s most innovative commercial constructs. Richard has previously led the firm’s FSI Consulting practice at both the UK and Global level.
