Richard is a Consulting Partner with 20 years’ experience in business and technology consulting specialising in customer management and contact centres. He has worked on international assignments in the private sector, delivering new customer strategies, operating models and large-scale process or technology change. His work includes field service transformation projects and innovative on-line and mobile applications. Richard is a judge on the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards.
