Richard Pike

Richard specialises in construction project assurance, working with clients to understand risk and improve confidence and compliance in the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects. His experience includes public sector, real estate, transportation (aviation and rail), security / civil defence and nuclear (both decommissioning and new build). He is an Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) certified (High Risk Projects) Reviewer and Chartered (Project Management) Surveyor.

Recent engagements have included reviewing a multi-£bn 20-year project alliance, assisting a distressed UK rail programme and completely benchmarking in a highly regulated industry. He has worked with the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency on development of benchmarking approaches to support robustness and improvement in global schedule and cost estimating.
