Richard is a Director in Deloitte UK’s Real Assets Advisory team. Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with experience in the construction and development industry. Richard’s experience has focussed on Capital Programme advisory consulting across public and private sectors. Richard also has extensive experience of undertaking capital programme assurance reviews on major construction and infrastructure projects.
