Rich is a Partner within our employment tax practice and has a wealth of experience in supporting clients operate compliantly and brings a commercial and pragmatic approach. Rich works closely with HMRC on matters of Tax Policy and also leads in a number of employment tax areas for Deloitte, including on off-payroll worker matters. Rich advises a number of large and complex organisations across a wide number of industries and sectors and is focused on supporting clients deliver employment tax obligations efficiently, leveraging technology where possible and with a view to identifying cost saving opportunities.
