Richard is a corporate tax partner with Deloitte in Leeds. He mainly advises in our private markets space, advising large companies on matters such as acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and refinancing. He also handles the tax compliance affairs of many of his clients and so regularly deals with HMRC on their behalf. His key industry focuses are manufacturing, utilities and real estate and he advises many of the region’s leading businesses in these sectors.
