Russ leads Deloitte's FSI Finance Transformation practice in the UK. He has over 18 years’ experience in Financial Services, primarily focused on the development operating models, process optimisation and data architecture in global banks across Finance and Treasury. He also has extensive expertise leading major business and technology transformation programmes at large global banks within Finance and other back office functions.
