With specific expertise in AI & Data Strategy, Insight Driven Performance Improvement, Data and Data Product Architectures and the Decision Intelligence discipline, Rich leads teams of diverse skill-sets and capabilities to deliver better outcomes through data.
Example projects Rich has led include – Design of the largest Data Office capability in UK public services, re-Platforming the largest Cancer database in Europe to enable innovation through development of a Trusted Research Environment, and the design and stand-up of several Multi-Agency Data Sharing and Analytics capabilities.
