Richard has 25 years experience in the effective application of technology and services to support legal and regulatory matters. He leads Deloitte’s Forensic Technology teams across our offices in Manchester and Birmingham.
Relevant Experience:
- Lead eDiscovery consultant on a multi-billion dollar global litigation matter for a financial services client, coordinating various professional advisers in a document review exercise spanning three continents.
- Project director in a regulatory investigation for a consumer business, responsible for all aspects of the management of data from a complex IT infrastructure and the creation of a database containing fourteen million documents.
- Lead consultant on government IT dispute, scoping requirements with the law firm, their client and external experts as well as designing workflows and complex security arrangements for the document review process. The exercise resulted in the creation of one of the UK’s largest litigation databases.
