Rhys is a tax partner at Deloitte who has been with the firm since 2004. Rhys works within the Real Estate Tax compliance and reporting business in the UK and focuses his time on managing compliance, reporting and related tax advisory services to UK and International property portfolios. Rhys also leads the Direct Tax Not for Profit practice nationally, providing advice to organisations including Universities, Charities and Housing Associations. Rhys provides advice across all areas including compliance (e.g. Gift Aid processes), structuring operations efficiently and the impact of taxes on charitable status.
