Paul Wiszniewski

Paul is a partner in our Transaction Services group. He has extensive experience of working on both buy-side and sell-side engagements. Paul’s primary focus is on technology transactions for corporate clients and private equity firms. Paul has over 15 years of M&A experience, and has managed numerous complex multinational transactions within the UK, US, LatAm, Asia and Continental Europe. Paul returned to London in 2009 having completed a 3 year secondment to our New York M&A group.
