Philip is the Managing Partner for EMEA Services Modernisation, responsible for optimising and modernising the delivery of services across the region.
Deloitte EMEA brings together 16 Participating Firms operating in over 80 countries with 6,000 partners and 132,000 professionals. Philip’s focus is on maximising value for clients and Deloitte by driving seamless cross-border collaboration and technology-enabled delivery, embedding AI and automation, leveraging standardised tools and platforms, and accelerating the adoption of Deloitte’s global technology delivery network.
Prior to his EMEA role, Philip was Deloitte UK Managing Partner, responsible for delivering the UK strategy and financial performance. He was also previously Deloitte Global Leader for Tax & Legal, where he delivered significant operational and market changes.
He joined Deloitte in 2002, specialising in M&A tax for Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund clients, and has advised on large and complex European transactions for major multinational corporate clients.
Philip has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Liverpool University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax.
