Peter leads our Workforce Transformation Financial Services practice, is a Director in Deloitte Leadership and works with a range of global clients.
A chartered psychologist with over 20 years’ experience consulting to some of the world’s largest and most complex organisations and supporting them through transformation, Peter has been involved in creating and managing leadership and people development programmes, performance management processes and large-scale talent management and executive succession programmes.
A trusted advisor and coach to HR Directors and a range of C-Suite clients, he has a particular interest in the ways in which applying psychology to the field of leadership can enable successful transformation and deliver business strategy. Much of his current work focuses on the shifting demands of leaders in a Future of Work/Industry 4.0 context, and on helping clients to develop the capabilities they need to be ready for the future.
