Philip Bousfield

Philip is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Total Reward and Benefits team. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and has over 15 years’ experience advising companies in respect of their pension arrangements. This includes advising corporate clients on issues of pensions funding, accounting and pension strategy.

Philip has a focus on assisting clients understand the risks and opportunities for their pension arrangements relating to climate change. This includes supporting clients align their pension schemes with the recommendations outlined within the Climate Change Governance and Reporting Regulations.
