Niall is a Director in the National Planning & Development team in Real Assets Advisory. He is a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor. Niall has cross-sectoral experience advising on built-to-rent and open market residential; office; student accommodation; hotel; retail; transport infrastructure; and sports and leisure developments. His current focus is on innovation and sports-led clusters and innovative new housing models.
Niall has particular expertise in advising on multi-phase mixed-use regeneration schemes in the UK’s regional cities, including preparing strategic regeneration frameworks, securing planning permissions; development feasibility, viability and funding; stakeholder engagement; and project delivery.
