His experience within the Deloitte consulting practice in addition to outside exposures over the years has given him a broad insight into the many challenges an Asset oriented industry faces. Given the breadth of complexity involved in managing a group of assets for an organisation, an in depth understanding to have a Cradle (purchasing or manufacturing) to Grave (scraping) efficiency is vital and which is when Nimish has excelled multiple times. He brings in the mindset of bringing the best out of any asset in terms of its industry usage to not only improve the productivity but also have a lasting Supply Chain performance.
Nimish has assisted clients with all aspects of their Assets lifecycle and in every possible form, including Aircrafts, Ships, Helicopters, Pipelines, Rigs, Buildings, Organisation Base, Medical Technology and many more. He is the lead for the Enterprise Asset Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) that is functioning as the focal point for asset oriented assignments in NSE with North America & India collaboration and is agnostic of the technology.
Nimish has worked with companies across a wider range of business sectors including aerospace, defence, utilities, energy, public sector, automotives, life sciences and manufacturing. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, India.
