Mike is the Strategy and Architecture lead Partner in Deloitte’s Major Programmes team and co-authored Deloitte’s Programme Aerodynamics approach. He works internationally and is an expert in the design of large-scale transformation programmes for government and private sector clients. Previously, Mike was the Deloitte EMEA Life Science and Healthcare leader, a Senior Partner in the Monitor Group and Head of Life Sciences at Cap Gemini.
