Mette works with UK public sector clients to lead and deliver transformational change. She specialises in operating model development, organisational design and change management within the Health sector. Her experience includes setting up a new plasma collection organisation for England and a full operating model redesign for an NHS agency. Mette brings an international perspective, having previously worked in public consulting in New Zealand, for the United Nations and with several international health and human rights charities across Denmark, the US, the Pacific and the Middle East.
