Martin is a Director in Deloitte’s Restructuring Services team. He has over twelve years’ experience of leading strategic reviews of challenged businesses on behalf of lenders and investors. Martin has worked with management teams of corporates to refinance, turnaround or exit underperforming businesses.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Martin led a national Big 4 Education Restructuring
practice for five years. Martin specialises in Education for our FA Practice and has personally led more than 30 reviews of HE and FE providers and provided stakeholder management to lenders.
