Melissa is a Director in our Human Capital practice with nearly two decades of HR expertise. She specialises in architecting and delivering complex HR transformation programmes, partnering with HR organisations to own and solve enterprise-wide issues affecting the business, the workforce and how work gets done. Melissa has worked with clients across all sectors and has a particular focus on the Technology & Media industries. Previously she has been an HR professional in the Tech sector and is a STEM graduate with a background in Organisational Psychology.
