He has over 20 years’ experience of lending reviews, refinancings, distressed M&A, insolvency and corporate simplification assignments across all industries and geographies. And advises the spectrum of corporate borrowers, lenders and special situation investors looking to deploy capital in the restructuring space.
He is the firm’s representative on the tax committee of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and regularly liaises with HMRC on tax policy matters as they affect insolvency and restructuring.
