Matt’s particular interest is working alongside entrepreneurial and fast-growth enterprises, as well as some of the largest privately-owned and private equity-backed companies in the region. He has 10 years’ experience working alongside companies and shareholders, providing bespoke tax advice as businesses grow, scale and transact.
Matt also has significant experience in providing tax advisory and due diligence services on mid-market private equity and trade transactions from both a sell-side and buy-side perspective.
