Lyndsay is a Partner in Deloitte’s Specialist Valuations team. She began life as a tax specialist before establishing the team’s intangible asset valuation offering.
Today, Lyndsay’s work primarily involves the valuation of intangible assets in connected-party transactions within a UK and international tax context. She has negotiated and agreed billions of pounds of intangible asset value with leading tax authorities, having advised hundreds of clients.
Lyndsay is considered one of the UK’s leading experts in intangible asset valuation and is the co-author of Tolley’s Tax Planning: Valuation of Intangible Assets, a valuation guide to intangible assets within the context of corporate tax planning.
