She actively participated in internal TCFD benchmarking exercises over mid-size UK banks and is currently leading the development of an internal ESG regulatory reporting playbook. This involves conducting line-by-line analysis of BCBS's FAQs on climate risks. She also worked closely with a UK bank to assess its applicability of implementating the Basel 3.1 standards.
