Lucy Gemmill

Lucy is an Associate Director in the Risk, Reputation, Crisis and Resilience team and a subject matter expert in Operational Resilience and related disciplines. She has more than 11 years’ experience helping large, global organisations to establish approaches and capabilities to manage disruptions to, and the performance of, critical business operations and technology. Lucy has been instrumental in developing Deloitte’s response to the PRA and FCA policies on Operational Resilience and has drafted guidance for organisations in other industries to respond to rising governmental and regulatory scrutiny in this area.
