Lauren is a manager within the human sustainability team. She balances a background in behavioural science and experience in analytics to address clients’ key people data, reporting and regulatory challenges, including creating actionable insights and effective human sustainability solutions. Her aim is level-up organisations’ thinking and capability around ‘Social’ topics, including wellbeing, culture and D&I.
