Lauren is a Partner specialising in Ethics & Regulatory Compliance and is the Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) leader for our Risk Advisory (RA) service line. Having run our Ethics & Compliance (E&C) competency for many years, Lauren has been focussed on helping clients across multiple industries design, implement and embed their Ethics & Compliance frameworks. This includes helping organisations operating model design, identifying and capturing regulatory obligations, optimising functions through technology, building and deploying training, policy and code of conduct design and implementation and dashboard design for reporting to ExCo/Board. Having worked in industry and re-joined Deloitte in May 2013, she has over 19 years of experience across Governance, Risk, Controls, Compliance and Assurance.
