Kate Rosie

Kate is Regional Leader of Deloitte’s national Corporate Simplification team and has been specialising in corporate simplification for over 17 years.

She has extensive experience of working across a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from plcs to private equity backed and privately owned businesses, advising them on simplifying their group structures. This includes restructuring, winding down and exiting businesses, ultimately eliminating companies by means of members’ voluntary liquidation (“MVL”). Using her expertise in undertaking due diligence, project management and tax, accounting and legal knowledge, she work with clients to understand and deliver their optimal group structures.
