Kariel Parian

Kariel is the Growth Leader for the Deloitte Private Emerging Growth practice, which advises high growth, entrepreneur-led, venture capital backed companies. She leads on relationships, partnerships and go-to-market strategy for the UK start-up and scale-up sector.

Kariel has over a decade of experience working both with and for ambitious, privately-owned companies. She is the co-founder of the Deloitte Skills Hub, a unique collaboration helping to close the UK digital skills gap, and leads the Deloitte UK Tech Fast 50 programme.
