I am the UK firm’s Chief Chemist, responsible for leading the UK and NSE Business Chemistry practice within the Deloitte Greenhouse.

How groups connect, understand each other, and develop an effective working dynamic to become a high performing team, doesn’t happen by accident.

My role is to stimulate conversations across programme, executive and senior leadership teams, to surface their working styles, understand their challenges, and help them co-create their own solutions to working more closely.

Formerly from the Consulting arm of the firm in Programme Delivery, Kieron now helps to apply Business Chemistry at multiple levels of client organisations, in partnership with the Greenhouse, Executive & Board, Leadership, Delivery, Transformation and Change Practices
